This service is provided to prospective buyers who would like a quick overview of a home that they are considering putting an offer on. This includes up to an hour walk-through of the home with the inspector noting any potential concerns with the major structural and mechanical components of the home. Please bring a pen and notepad! This service does not include a written report and is NOT intended to take the place of a standard home inspection and should not be treated as such.

A Sewer Inspection can catch costly drainage problems such as invasive tree roots and collapsed drain lines that can't be seen otherwise. A blocked sewer line can end up needing major repair and potential damage to your home when sewage backs up. Manufactured Home Structural Engineer Certification
This is a certification to ensure that the manufactured home is properly tied down to the foundation which is often required by banks for FHA, VA, and other HUD loans.
